Arlind Hamza – a dedicated Human Rights activist, aiming to inspire his community

Arlind Hamza is a highly motivated individual with a passion for European integration, Economy, Health, Human rights, Art, and Culture. As a Health Economics student, he has a strong understanding of these fields and how they can be used to improve the community where he lives. His dedication to human rights and activism has earned him recognition as the most-voted Young European Ambassador in Kosovo.

Arlind is always looking for ways to make a positive impact and has attended numerous trainings to further his knowledge and skills. He is currently working on a digitization project aimed at increasing transparency in local government, which he sees as an important step toward creating change at the local level.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Arlind has a love for philosophy books and is constantly seeking new knowledge and inspiration. As he says: “They serve as a guide to navigate the complexities of the human experience and offer insight into the human condition. Whether you are a seasoned reader or just starting your philosophical journey, these books offer a wealth of knowledge and inspiration to deepen your understanding of yourself and the world”.

He is an active member of the Young European Ambassadors community and regularly participates in seminars and workshops, such as the WeBalkans workshop held in Tirana, Albania, where European policies were the main topic.

Despite his busy schedule, Arlind remains close to the people of his city and is always willing to help out in times of need. During the pandemic, he showed his compassion by sharing masks with those in need.

Arlind’s dedication, passion, and hard work make him a true asset to any community. His message to youngsters is: “Remember to be kind, empathetic, and inclusive, as these qualities will serve you well in life. Believe in yourselves and never give up on your dreams.”
