Kosovo Development Short Film Competition

Calling all filmmakers in Kosovo!

The EUICC is launching a short film competition asking filmmakers to produce a short film under 5-minutes focused on an EU-funded development project.

A school? A court? An agriculture project? In 2015, the European Union in Kosovo has supported over 280 projects in Kosovo. How have these activities impacted the lives of citizens in Kosovo? Show us through film!

Criteria:

• The movie (documentary) should be less than 5 minutes.
• The content must be about an EU project in Kosovo (finished or ongoing).
• The production must be original work.

Who is eligible?

• Individuals
• Students
• Amatuer filmmakers
• Video production companies

*Must be based in Kosovo

What should I submit?

• A 1-paragraph summary of your film
• Short biography of the filmmaker
• The film

Deadline for submission: August 30, 2016 at 16:00  via e-mail at info@euicc-ks.com or via hardcopy at the EUICC in Pristina or North Mitrovica *Please send video files via WeTransfer

The top 3 submissions will receive professional cameras.
