President Ursula von der Leyen visits Kosovo

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, visited Kosovo today, where she was received by EU Ambassador Tomas Szunyog and Kosovo Foreign Minister Donika Gervalla. President Von der Leyen had separate meetings with Kosovo’s President Vjosa Osmani and Prime Minister Albin Kurti.

Together with Kosovo’s Prime Minister Albin Kurti, President Von der Leyen visited the kindergarten “Cicerimat”, built with the support of EU.

After meeting the staff of the kindergarten and getting to know the children, President Von der Leyen held a joint press conference with Prime Minister Kurti.
