On the 2nd of July 2020, the EU in cooperation with its partner UNOPS delivered another shipment of the EU’s assistance to Kosovo to fight the coronavirus. It consists of testing kits, hospital beds & various types of medical equipment.

Ambassador Apostolova delivered to Minister Armend Zemaj and Kosovo Health authorities:
➡ 6,000 COVID-19 testing kits,
➡ 90 hospital beds,
➡ over 67,000 respiratory masks,
➡ 350 finger pulse oxymetres,
➡ 5 defibrillators with pacemaker and trolley.
The total value of this donation is around 800,000 euro, and it is part of the EU assistance to Kosovo to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic, implemented by United Nations Office for Project Services UNOPS.
On this occasion Ambassador Apostolova urged the citizens to respect the very important measures against the pandemic.
